Treat Yourself Like a Bombshell

Confidence is sexy. There’s nothing more universally true for men and women alike. Now, don’t misunderstand me, there’s a fine line between confidence and arrogance. What I’m talking about is walking with your head held high and a pep in your step. If it sounds effortless, it isn’t; it takes daily work to discover your inner Bombshell.

Start the day by splashing on a coconut water and seafoam cleanser to feel awakened, powerful and sexy!

For some of you, red lipstick and high heels may make you feel like a million bucks. Feeling good about your appearance does wonders for your confidence level. Try brightening your smile with an all-natural whitening toothpaste  because your smile is your best accessory. Use an aromatherapy body mist  that complements your natural body chemistry for a light, daytime fragrance. The mild scent will attract people to you without overwhelming their senses.

Then again, your joy might be a great fitting sports bra and mastering the best ponytail you’ve ever seen on Pinterest for your morning run. Knowing you shaved off a few seconds from last week’s 3-miler might give you more confidence than anything you’d find at the beauty counter. The point isn’t really what items you own–it’s feeling like you own your life.

That being said–sometimes small, inexpensive little purchases can make a difference in how we feel about ourselves. Even if it’s stocking your bathroom with eco-friendly soap in a cute dispenser instead of the cheap, industrial-strength stuff you’d find at any gas station restroom, these little gestures are a way of reminding the world–and most importantly, yourself–“I’m worth it.”

When you feel good, you look good and when you look good, you feel good. So, treat yourself like a Bombshell and those around you will follow your lead.
