The Power of Heels

I was taking our two-year-old twins for a walk yesterday in Paris, strolling down a street near Notre Dame, and someone behind me was walking in  some super high heels. I guessed this upon hearing the intense sound of clip-clopping  on the pavement.  I walk fast, very fast, but this sister (I assumed) was right on my heels. Pun intended.

It occurred to me how much power high heels have, with the intensity of the sound as a person walks in them.

This is a power that I personally will never experience, since for me, it’s all about comfort. In shoes, and everything.

But own your power, whether it comes from walking in high heels, from being super articulate, from working as a part of a team, from managing a team, from managing a family, from being your higher self, from making a boundary, from saying yes, from saying no and being confident about it or from any way you feel in your power.

That power is your Prana. Your life force. Tune into that, tap into that, and you will create the best life ever.

Have the best day ever!

Namaste!
