Healthy Living Tip: Stay Hydrated This Summer with Lemon Water

Nothing beats the heat like a tall glass of ice water. Except maybe ice water with a little lemon twist. Pick Your Pucker
When shopping for lemons, look for bright yellow color and smooth, shiny skin. Small, heavier lemons tend to yield more juice. Pick one up and give it a squeeze. Feel firm? It may not be as juicy. Roll for Flow
