    It is hard to target just one secret because there is much that goes into the making of a beauty secret. So here are my secrets.

    1. Cleanliness and exfoliating for starters in an olive oil bath water. I follow with
    coconut oil and a natural non toxic body lotion from face to toes. I use a good
    shampoo and conditioner which is suitable to my hair type.
    2. Daily exercise, such as walking stretching and mild weight lifting.
    3. Fifteen minutes of sunshine a day (early am) and then a natural sunscreen.
    4. Vitamin supplements, such as collagen, C and E for skin as well as other
    Supplements for other body parts such as calcium, magnesium and vitamin D for
    . bones to keep a good posture.
    5. Healthy eating with a balance of proteins and lots of different color vegetables, and
    void sugar as well as excessive starches which turn to sugar! Stay away from bad
    fats. Enjoy moderately consume good fats, such as coconut oil, olive oil, nuts,
    seeds and etc.
    6. Drink lots of water.
    7. Being well groomed, pressed clothes that fit properly, clean shoes and a neat
    Hairstyle…top bottom grooming goes a long ways in the beauty department!
    8. Good sleep habits are a must!
    9. Surrounding myself with lovely people and reaching out to others in need.
    10. Stay busy with a job that you enjoy and hobbies that make you happy..

    My beauty secret – combine: a 1 oz bottle of CSI face serum that contains peptides, a capsule of hyaluronic acid, a capsule of alpha lipoic acid, a capsule of L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), a little scoop of your favorite face cream, a few drops of argan oil and borage oil, mix together in a small jar and keep in the fridge. Of course, test a small patch on your skin to determine your sensitivity level. If it is too much for your face, use it on your hands.

    Coconut oil is wonderful as a pre-shampoo treatment. Apply some coconut oil to your dry hair from roots to tips. Massage your scalp well. Put your hair into a plastic shower cap and top with a heating cap or a towel warmed in the dryer and wrapped around your hair. Try to keep the heat on for 30 minutes. If you don’t have a heating cap, you can also leave the oil in your hair overnight and wash in the morning. Coconut oil, unlike some other oils, has the ability to penetrate and be absorbed into your hair. It leaves your hair softer and stronger!
