Banana Bread Super Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice
1 banana
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
2 tsp. flax oil
1 date, pitted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Pinch allspice
Handful walnuts, chopped

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30-40 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glass and sprinkle walnuts on top for a little crunch!
