Chocolate Chunk Protein Cookies

Yes, you can have chunks of chocolate without becoming a chunky monkey. Just be smart about your indulgence. What to look for in a guilt-free, chocolate chip cookie: chunks of dark chocolate (not that wimpy-tasting milk stuff), pure and alcohol-free vanilla flavoring, monounsaturated fats and significant fiber and protein to reduce the sugar-bomb effect. With the right ingredients on hand, you’ll have these too-good-to-be-true treats ready in 10 minutes.
