Clean Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Clean Apple Cinnamon Muffins


2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 egg whites
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup safflower oil
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
2 small apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
