Cranberry Apple Crisp

Cranberry Apple Crisp
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups KIND Healthy Grains Dark Chocolate & Cranberry Clusters
4 Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp. honey
Non-stick spray
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine clusters, apples and cinnamon; toss gently to combine. Transfer mixture into prepared baking dish.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
4. Remove from oven; serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt and honey.
