Creamy Coffee-Coconut Smoothie

Just when you thought a cup of your favorite coffee couldn’t get any better–imagine it chilled, blended with vanilla frozen yogurt and given a tropical twist with coconut flakes! Serves 4

Ingredients

1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 cup cold brewed coffee
1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. coconut flakes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.

2. Transfer to glasses. Serve immediately.
