Gluten Free and Vegan
3 large heirloom tomatoes, diced
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tsp. fresh orange juice 1 tsp. fresh orange zest
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; gently toss to combine.
2. Serve chilled.
