With a good old fashioned coffee grinder, you can crush chia seeds into a fine, powdered flour that can be used as a gluten-free substitute in all your favorite recipes.
Homemade Chia Flour
1 cup chia seeds
Place chia seeds in coffee grinder; grind into a powder.
