Iced Ginger Cookies

Iced Ginger Cookies
Makes:  approx. 2 dozen

Cookie batter:

¾ cup almond flour
¾ cup oat flour
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. allspice
Dash of sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. baking powder

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

2. Drop batter onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 6 – 8 minutes, or until golden brown.

1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey Protein
2 Tbsp. honey
¼ cup milk
2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
¼ tsp. cinnamon

In a small bowl, mix all icing ingredients together. The consistency should be creamy but not runny. Add more protein powder to thicken it up, if needed.
