This energizing a.m. drink is packed with potent superfoods—goji berries, chia seeds, maca powder and more—so you can leap from dreamland, battle that haze of grogginess and take on the world bright-eyed and fueled by good health!

Recipe: Superfood Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
2 dates
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 handful goji berries
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp. maca powder


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
