Strawberry-Vanilla Muffins

Ingredients

3 scoops vanilla whey protein
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup honey
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together except the strawberries.
  2. Gently stir in strawberries.
  3. Pour batter into paper-lined muffin pans and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
