It’s time to make the switch to spices, which offer a sodium-free way to season your food without sacrificing flavor. Toxic deodorants. Are you putting aluminum under your armpits? If you’re using a conventional anti-perspirant, chances are the answer is yes. It does stop you from sweating, but is that even a good thing?
