I have very dry, itchy skin, especially on my legs (after I shave, it’s the worst!) What are some natural ways I can soothe the itchiness?

When skin is noticeably dry and itchy, especially after you shower and shave, this generally means that your skin is not as hydrated as it should be. Showering also removes many of our natural oils that are the skin’s natural protection from the elements. To help relieve this uncomfortable dry, itchy feeling, it is important to sufficiently hydrate the surface of the skin every day.
Choose crèmes and lotions rich in natural moisturizing and nourishing oils, such as jojoba, safflower and vitamin E. Vitamin E not only supplies moisture to the skin but it also helps skin retain moisture. derma e®’s Vitamin E 12,000 IU Crème as well as the Hand & Body Moisture Therapy Lotions (in Tangerine, Pink Grapefruit, Lavender and Fragrance-Free) are excellent choices for providing all day, all over body hydration.
