  • Make a raw honey facial mask: Combine 5 tsp. raw honey + 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar; massage  into skin, let sit for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.
  • Make a honey-coconut deep-conditioning hair treatment: Mix together 2 Tbsp. raw honey + 1 Tbsp. coconut oil + 2 ripe bananas.
  • Apply to shampooed hair; let sit for five minutes and rinse thoroughly.

    When I’m in the mood for ice cream, I like to make this creamy dessert instead.
    1/4 cup skim ricotta
    1-2 tsp raw honey
    1/2-1 tsp Vietnamese cinnamon (regular will do)
    Stir and enjoy.
    SOO much better for you and equally satisfying!
    try adding cocoa powder too for a chocolate fix!

    I mix about 1/2 cup raw honey with 1 cup organic peanut butter to use for dip for apple slices. BIG YUM!! When my mood calls for it, I add a little cinnamon also. I could eat that treat all day long! :) It is filling though. Keeps me from eating unhealthy snacks.

    I agree with Mary. I eat raw Honey with organic peanut butter n cinnamon with apple slices everyday for my morning snack and my evening snack.
