For some, digesting dairy products can be difficult. For others, dairy-free fare is part of a lifestyle choice. Whatever your reason for following a dairy-free diet, there’s no need to miss out on milk and cookies, cereal and special desserts.

Almond milk: When it comes to dairy-free drinks, almond milk is my personal favorite. Its subtle nutty taste and creamy texture make it the perfect partner for cereal – plus, it works well in some of my favorite recipes (like pumpkin pie!).
