Are you familiar with Quest bars? They’re one of our most popular products at Vitacost.com—people love the taste, and because so many of our customers are “clean eaters” like me, there’s a lot of love for the ingredients list, too. You won’t find many other protein bars that are gluten-free and contain 20+ grams of protein and 18 grams of fiber. I wasn’t surprised at all when my favorite TV doc mentioned Quest Coconut Cashew as his own personal favorite. But one thing he didn’t mention, surprisingly, is that you can bake with Quest bars. It’s a trend that’s taken Instagram by storm.
We work with a few amazing bloggers who’ve been concocting healthy-but-yummy desserts using Quest, and I’ve had the personal pleasure of trying out their recipes. Here are my faves:

You really need to get a tart green apple for maximum deliciousness. It’s a protein-packed treat and every ingredient in it is healthy!
This is the easiest recipe by far—and it’s strawberry cheesecake! Yum!
