Sip With Your Sweetie: 2 Chocolate-Raspberry Smoothies to Share

Looking for something sweet to share with your sweetie? Skip the ice cream sundae and serve up a healthy smoothie instead. These recipes combine decadent, antioxidant-rich dark chocolate with fruity, fiber-filled raspberries for the perfect blend of irresistible flavor and nutritional benefits. Each makes enough for two””surprise your workout partner, or save leftovers for a second sweet treat later in the day.

Directions for all smoothies: Combine all ingredients in blender, adding liquids first, and blend to desired consistency.

Dark Chocolate-Raspberry Dream Smoothie

1-1/4 cups fat-free dairy milk or almond milk
1-1/3 cups (2 6-oz. containers) fat-free raspberry yogurt
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
2 scoops dark chocolate protein powder
½ dark chocolate and raspberry bar, chopped

Raspberry-Cocoa Bliss Shake

1  cup reduced-fat dairy milk or almond milk
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp. organic cocoa powder
2-4 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp. raw honey
Ice
