5-Ingredient Cacao & Coconut Butter Vegan Fudge

Boxed desserts are so…well, blah! Four staple ingredients and a banana are all that goes into this decadent, clean-eating dessert. Best of all, it’s good for you, packed with antioxidants and essential nutrients. So go ahead, have your fudge and eat it too!

Raw & Vegan 5-Ingredient No-Bake Fudge

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 large banana
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Smooth the fudge into a pan.
  3. Place in the freezer for one hour. (Thaw at least 15-20 minutes prior to eating.)
