Coconut-Avocado Smoothie

It’s a fact: your body needs fat. Not the kind packed into a pile of cheese fries, a deep dish pizza or triple-fudge brownie sundae, though. Healthy fats, found in nature’s perfect foods—nuts and seeds, fish, olives, soybeans—are nourishing and essential for many reasons, from putting pep in your step to keeping your skin youthful and glowing. Get your daily dose from two of the tastiest sources in this creamy, naturally sweet smoothie, loaded with healthy-fat superstars, coconut and avocado.
