Serves 1


1 cup dairy-free coconut milk beverage (or almond milk)
1/3 ripe avocado
1 scoop soy-free, dairy-free vanilla protein powder
Optional: Raw cacao powder, to taste


Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
