Coconut Water & Mango Green Smoothie

A tropical escape may not be in your summer plans, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take a tropical break. Chill out with an island-style smoothie, blended with pure, nutrient-packed coconut water instead of the usual almond or rice milk. Chunks of fresh frozen mango and chia seeds create an extra-creamy texture, and a handful of greens adds nutritious chlorophyll and antioxidants. Life will be a breeze when you sip on one of these (even if you’re just standing in your kitchen!).

Coconut Water & Mango Green Smoothie

Makes 1

Ingredients

1 cup coconut water
½ cup frozen mango
2 cups leafy greens (spring mix, spinach, kale)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Directions

Add coconut water to blender.

Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!
