With antioxidants and vitamin C, you can have a handful without guilt, or sprinkle them on ice cream for a special treat!
Makes 1 pound
1. Microwave chocolate in a bowl until melted.
2. Dip cherries into the chocolate and coat evenly.
3. Transfer to wire racks set over paper towels to set.
4. Transfer coated cherries to the fridge for 45 minutes; serve.
