Dark Chocolate Pistachio-Almond Fudge

Dark Chocolate Pistachio Fudge

Makes 24 pieces

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
16 oz. dark chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/6 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
2 cups chopped pistachios
Non-stick baking spray
Parchment paper

Directions

1. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with baking spray. Line with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a large heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water on the stovetop (in a double boiler), add all ingredients except for nuts. Stir until chocolate is melted and add in almonds and pistachios.

3. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and place in the fridge for 3 hours. Remove from fridge and cut into 24 pieces.

    Not very healthy with all that condensed sweetened milk. Too much sugar.. .just eat the pistachios and very dark chocolate.
