Roasted Chipotle Sweet Potato Wedges

You’ll forget all about white potato, deep-fried French fries with a stack of these spicy spuds next to your burger. Thick-cut sweet potato wedges are tossed with fresh lime juice and fiery chipotle pepper powder, then baked to a crispy-chewy finish for a healthy side dish with extra kick. For extra flavor, add chopped, fresh parsley to the mix and serve with a cool, creamy-style dip.
