Simple Chili-Lime Sauce (Use as a Marinade, Dressing or Dip!)
One simple sauce—so many uses! Whether you want to spruce up a salad, dunk crispy chips or infuse veggies with flavor before tossing them on the grill, this multi-purpose mix does the trick. A classic flavor combo, chili-lime adds a hint of heat and tart-tangy taste to any dish, but works especially well with south-of-the-border faves. Try adding a pinch of stevia for a sweet twist!
Simple Chili-Lime Sauce
Juice of 2 limes
1 Tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
Optional: pinch of stevia
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
