Spicy Avocado-Horseradish Spread

If you’re in the mood for mild, move on. This recipe is for the more adventurous sandwich maker, craving a kicked-up spread to slather on in place of boring butter or bland mayonnaise. Not only will your taste buds tingle, you get the healthy benefits of this spicy root, known for lending intense flavor to dishes without adding fat or cholesterol.
