This Cheezy Dijon Dip is a delight, melding mild and tangy flavors and spreadable, creamy texture from 100% vegan ingredients. The secret to a cheese-less cheese dip? Hint: You’ll go nuts for the answer!
Vegan Cheezy Dijon Dip
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup finely ground cashews
2 tsp. (or to taste) Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, diced
Juice of 1/3 of a lemon (or more to taste)
1 Tbsp. water (adjust for texture preference)
1. Add all ingredients to high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
