So you’ve started taking vitamins and supplements – now what? The results of our most recent survey suggest that your new-found vitamin regimen may actually lead to other healthy habits.
Nearly two-thirds of survey respondents reported making additional healthy lifestyle changes after they began taking vitamins and supplements. These changes included eating more fruits and veggies, exercising and ditching unhealthy habits such as eating out and smoking.
If you’re diligent about taking your supplements every day, you’re not alone. Seventy-three percent of those who responded said they take vitamins daily, although 67% admitted that it can be tough to find space in the budget for their supplements.

You should just eat ralley healthy and you wouldn’t need to take any vitamins. Taking those kinds of things for your skin don’t work at all. If they do, it looks like its’ working from the outside but on the inside it’s clogging your skin and is EXTREMELY unhealthy.
