There have been some major fails and some major gains in my progress for my ideal body. For instance, when I first started my healthy life turnaround 10 years ago, supplements weren’t so prevalent. The best advice I’d ever received was to drink lots of water and eat properly. That was it. After many years in the gym, however, I finally realized you have to do more than exercise, eat and repeat.
