Fortunately, many people take multi-vitamins to fill in gaps when it’s impossible to eat right. But did you know that, in addition to providing a full spectrum of vitamins and minerals, many multi-vitamin supplements contain “extras” that might be missing from your diet?
Many of us consider ourselves workaholics, as we try to balance family, friends and livelihoods. Our bodies, diligently operating on our behalf to sustain health, are workaholics, too. And there’s no harder working body part than the heart.
Health has always been important to me, and over the years, I’ve tried many supplements to help keep my body in the best possible shape. I’m always drawn to magazine articles and TV segments about vitamins and love learning about the benefits different products have to offer.
