I know I’m not the only one who feels that, on some days, the To Do list never seems to end. I do my best to stay organized and manage my time efficiently, because if I don’t—nothing will get done.
Hitting the gym is one to-do item that can be easily knocked right off my list, so on especially busy days, I make it a priority to get there early. Of course, this may mean having to go straight from a doctor’s appointment, school meeting or other important errand. And with more to do afterward, there isn’t always time to run home, shower and get ready as I normally would.
