Do yourself a favor and take your body to the cleaners in 2014. No, I’m not talking about the dry cleaners, laundry mat or your local car wash. I’m talking about something a little more deep – like a total cleanse for your mind, body and spirit. There’s no better way to start the New Year than with a clean, healthy body. Here are two of my favorite ways to do away with the old in order to bring in the new.
The crystal ball has dropped, the champagne has flowed and the New Year has officially begun. You survived the holidays, but the wear and tear may have taken a toll on you—in physical, mental and emotional ways. Heck, you may almost feel like you have a holiday hangover. That’s why so many people find the New Year the perfect time to make resolutions, set goals, try new things and make life improvements.
It’s time for a New Year’s resolution check-up! Last month we assured you that taking baby steps is all you need to do to achieve great gains. But if you have been overwhelmed by the “extra” tasks that come with a new year, you may have started to let those resolutions fall by the wayside. Let us help you pick back up — one step at a time.
No matter how fit and healthy you are, we’re all making New Year’s resolutions to be better than ever. As we like to say, there’s always room for improvement — whether it be physical, emotional or otherwise. Unfortunately, we humans don’t always embrace change with open arms. But don’t lose hope yet; you can endure big transformations by taking baby-sized steps. So, pull on your big-boy pants and let’s get moving!
