I have to confess: Even though I’m well aware of its importance, I don’t stretch as often as I should. I’ve always been flexible, so not stretching every day didn’t seem to have much of an impact on me. But over the years, and with more muscle added to my frame, I’ve noticed that I’m not nearly as flexible as I used to be.
No time for a full workout at the gym? No worries. Try one of these quick 20-minute workouts at the gym or at home. You’ll feel great not skipping your daily exercise, even if what you do is only a fraction of your usual routine.
Life is never stagnant, so why would you be? It’s time to change it up, bring something new and fresh into your life. Breaking out of your routine breathes new life into you. The neuro-pathways of your brain will be stimulated in new and different ways, creating a rejuvenation of sorts. You’ll see life through a different lens, with renewed vigor and increased positive feelings toward yourself and others.
Nails are positioned so far away from the vital organs housed in the center of our bodies that they seem to be an afterthought. Many of us treat our nails like an afterthought, too, using our digits as scraping tools while performing household tasks and failing to protect them from the elements, especially the cold weather.

Oh, who am I kidding. I don’t know any secrets. In fact, I’m pretty sure there isn’t any one thing that works for every relationship. What I do know, is that the only guarantee in any relationship is change. You’re going to change, he’s going to change, your life, your finances, your health, your home, your jobs, your pets, your kids, it’s all going to change over and over again.
