Please take a good look at this photo of a partially eaten, gluten-free, Nutella-slathered bagel my 5-year-old son Phoenix left without a second thought, to run after a ball or a spider or, perhaps, to grab a car from one of his twin 2-year-old brothers’ chubby fingers (the latter is most likely).
The point is, Phoenix ate what he wanted and then was off to the next thing.
