I noticed herbs for thyroid. I am currently on prescription meds for it, levothyroxine .100mcg and do not want to be on them. I am still experiencing underactive thyroid conditions while taking the meds. constipation,headaches,deprssion,memory loss,cold hands,sluggishness and my doctor says that my thyroid is regulated within the normal range while on the meds. I do not believe it is, considering all these symptoms still occuring. thanks MT

If I have hypo thyroid and am on levothyroxine for my condition. .100mcg can I still take thyroid herbs so that I can ween myself off of my thyroid prescription meds. such as lemon balm or melissa?
