Ahhhhhh Take a Bath

Quote of the Day:

“I can’t think of any sorrow in the world that a hot bath wouldn’t help, just a little bit.”

~Susan Glasee

My friend Dianne gave me a great birthday gift last year. A buncha bath supplies. Not Elmo bubble bath for my plus 5, but nice, soothing lavender bath salts and candles so I could incorporate taking relaxing baths into my life.

I gotta say, it’s a great thing to do for yourself, not just when you’re on vacation or at a spa. It’s a mini getaway right in the middle of your everyday life.

DIY spa experience with Aura Cacia's Lavender Aromatherapy Foam Bath

Baths are a great escape from everyday chaos. They help calm your nerves and clear your mind. While soaking in the bath, I like to meditate on things that I want to create in my life. It’s a great place to manifest!

Vitacost has a lotta great bath products. I use a bunch of “˜em, but my current favorite is Lavender Aromatherapy Foam Bath from Aura Cacia. Besides the calming lavender aroma, I love it because it’s all natural, and free of sodium lauryl sulfate and other chemicals. Try it. You’ll love it.

Take some time today or tonight to soak in a soothing bath. And watch how that peaceful energy helps you to create the best life ever.

Have the best day ever!

Namaste!
